Sometimes an anime showcases delicious food that really grabs me in a way that just won’t let go… Usually it’s just a single dish here or there, but in the case of this season’s adorably outdoorsy Yuru Camp, I’ve been getting the urge to jump into the kitchen and try out new recipes over and over again. Last week we had camping-inspired Creamy Soup-Style Pasta with Bacon, Mushrooms, and Asparagus, and this week we’re continuing the camping goodness with a hearty meal of sweet-meets-sour beefy, beety borscht!
